Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation


Solitics is looking for a proven digital marketing leader with an in-depth marketing experience to plan, design, implement and execute high-impact demand generation and lead generation programs that are optimized to elevate our brand, but as importantly, deliver strong results across the marketing and sales funnel.

The Head of Digital will be responsible for designing and implementing Solitics’ demand generation strategy throughout the customer lifecycle, including driving brand awareness, inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategies.

Day to day

Oversee all digital marketing channels (website, social, email, digital ads, SEO, etc.)

Develop and manage the demand and lead generation marketing plan and operations across channels including campaigns, execution, reporting, and analysis

Responsible for the management and optimization of our digital marketing tools and partners, including agencies, marketing automation systems, CRM, CMS; lead new vendor/tool selection processes

Design engagements & experience across the user journey- Develop clear, compelling content to support campaign interaction points: email, landing pages, advertising, event messaging, online and offline campaigns

Design and drive ongoing multi-channel and multi-touch inbound marketing and lead nurturing campaigns that feed the funnel

Forecasting, measuring, and analyzing the impact of programs on sales cycles; monitor reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress toward goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and client advocates

Manage B2B marketing operations including marketing automation tools and infrastructure, reporting, and dashboards

Manage the marketing budget


Over 10 years’ experience in a digital marketing role in the B2B SaaS space, from which at least 2+ years in a senior marketing position.

Proven experience leading and executing inbound marketing programs.

Proven experience scaling demand generation programs (e.g., inbound marketing, outbound marketing, lead nurturing, account-based marketing, etc.)

Ability to clearly analyze activity and report to management, optimize and improve constantly.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation

Results-driven individual; master demand-gen and lead-gen KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
