A data management and automation platform company is looking for an experienced technical writer to lead the creation of our Product and Customer Success content strategy.
The position includes writing product manuals, how-to guides (documents and/or videos), help sections, newsletter articles and integration guides.
Day to day
· Craft, shape and dictate the writing style and format for product materials and Customer Success enablement.
· Work closely with R&D , Product, Support, Customer Success to identify the required content
· Initiate and recommend creative ways to improve technical information deliverables and processes
· Create Product documentation, user-friendly manuals, and tutorials
· Write release notes for new product features
· English – Mother tongue
· At least 3 years’ experience as a technical writer in a software company
· Good technical orientation
· Initiative and self-learner
· Experience in video editing - advantage
· Experience in writing how to's & guides - advantage
· Background in data / marketing companies - advantage
