AvaTrade’s has always been keen to provide an incredible customer experience and superior product to their customers. This, however, is not an easy task.

AvaTrade has a complex data infrastructure, consisting of many internal and external data sources, with different data structures and synchronization times. This makes working with all the data and respond live & contextually at the right time and place a challenging task that required tailored, inventive solutions.

As one of the outstanding companies in the financial industry, AvaTrade always strives to innovate and be a leader, and requires no less from their partners.

On top of that, AvaTrade uses an array of communication channels with customers: email, SMS, push, trading apps, and WhatsApp… they also need to be able to differentiate between customers in various regions, due to regulatory differences.

Prior to Solitics, automating and personalizing the communication with the customers this process took a long time, and often required using multiple systems for a single message.

Using Solitics as an Omnichannel gave us the ability to connect to all of those marketing channels and providers, while managing all communications from a single location in a much more scalable and orderly way. AvaTrade has implemented Solitics across multiple aspects of the customer life cycle, including the conversion, retention and compliance funnels.
