  • What do I need to get started with Solitics?

    Once an agreement to start working together has been finalised, Solitics’ Delivery Team will set up a Technical Kickoff meeting with you to explain all steps and technical requirements needed for Solitics to build the integration with your data and infrastructure. This will include confirming the process of providing us secured access to all relevant data sources you wish to integrate into the Solitics platform.

  • How can I share my customer data with Solitics?

    Solitics can connect with all major data sources, such as:

  • How long does it take to see actionable results?

    From the moment integration is complete (Solitics provides a contractual commitment to complete integration within just 45 days), you will receive the Solitics dashboard which is updated Live. You can immediately set up customer journeys and promotions on the dashboard, monitor all results and view data analytics.

  • What is Solitics’ approach towards data security and privacy?

    Data security and privacy is a foundational component of our platform. This is built into our yearly roadmap, and every feature we develop or request we address from clients undergoes security and compliance review. We regularly execute external and internal Penetration Testing (PT) and a wide variety of risk assessments. Additionally, we carry out Security incident response processes to identify, document, categorise, and address any incidents based on potential data exposure or resource criticality.
