Improved: More flexible promotion goals.
Promotion goals can now be based on either a KPI or a custom goal, giving teams more control over how success is defined for each promotion.
Teams can also set an attribution period for each goal, defining how long after a promotion is sent a user action can still be attributed to that promotion and counted towards the goal.
This makes pomotion goals more flexible and gives teams more control over how promotion performance is measured.
-
Added: Journey-level control group.
Teams can now define a control group at the customer journey level to measure the overall effectiveness of a journey and its individual touchpoints.
Members are randomly assigned to the control group and continue through the journey as normal, but do not receive promotional messages.
This makes it possible to compare their performance with members who do receive messages and measure the impact of the journey more accurately.

Improved: Redesigned Missions experience.
Missions has been completely redesigned with a new interface and guided user experience, making mission creation, editing and management clearer, faster and easier to use.
The new experience includes improved navigation, clearer setup steps, stronger view and edit modes, better mission previews and a more visual way to configure actions after mission completion.
This update is also an important step in the wider evolution of the Solitics dashboard. It gives teams a first look at the new platform experience, with a cleaner interface, more guided workflows and a more polished overall experience.
The goal is to create a more consistent experience across Solitics, with simpler navigation, clearer workflows, improved usability and a more modern visual language. As more modules move to the new experience, teams will benefit from a more intuitive dashboard that makes everyday work easier and helps them complete tasks more efficiently.
