What it is

Animations are now available in the journey builder. When you add a popup or widget to a journey, you can choose an entrance animation – a subtle motion that makes your message appear in a more dynamic and engaging way.

Just like you already set the layout and position, you can now decide how the content enters the screen.

It helps your message look more polished, feel more natural and stand out without being intrusive.

You’ll see the animation options when you select a popup or widget in the journey builder under the Send Content tab.
