AI Expert

  • Added: Stop button for AI Expert responses.

Users can now stop an AI Expert response while it is being generated.

This provides greater control during longer answers and makes it easier to redirect the conversation when needed.

  • Added: Export to Excel for AI Expert table results.

AI Expert table results can now be downloaded to Excel.

This makes it easier to continue working with AI-generated insights outside the chat, share results with other teams and perform additional analysis when needed.

  • Added: Expanded AI Expert workspace.

The AI Expert chat window now supports an expanded wide view.

This provides more space for reading responses, reviewing tables and working with longer conversations.

  • The AI Expert interface has been updated with a cleaner and more structured design to improve usability.

Updates include a more prominent AI Expert button, easier access to conversation history, clearer controls for working with AI-generated responses and refinements to the conversation layout.

This makes it easier to follow, review and manage AI Expert conversations.

  • Analytics and reporting performance have been enhanced through backend improvements that support faster and more reliable processing.

This includes optimisations to cohort report performance, campaign performance reporting and high-volume data flows.

These updates strengthen the platform’s ability to process large datasets and support reporting at scale.

  • Added: Trading data support in cohort analysis for Trading companies.

Messaging

  • Added: In-box messaging channel.

A new in-box messaging capability is now available, supported on web and native mobile environments.

Brands can send persistent messages directly to users through a dedicated inbox experience. Unlike popups, these messages remain available for users to review later, allowing important updates, offers and campaign messages to be delivered without interrupting the user experience.

Users access messages through an inbox icon, view unread message counts, open messages in full view and dismiss them when no longer relevant.

In-box messages are included in existing reporting, enabling performance tracking alongside campaign and journey analytics.
