Added: Cohort retention and activity analysis.
The AI Expert now supports advanced cohort-based analysis across customer journeys, promotions and segments.
The agent can analyse retention and engagement trends across multiple timeframes, including:
- Retention rates across defined intervals such as Month-1, Month-3 and Month-6.
- Retention trends and changes over time.
- Reactivation patterns.
- Retention decay curves across different periods.
This gives teams deeper visibility into customer lifecycle behaviour and helps identify opportunities to improve long-term retention and engagement.

Added: Access to journeys, promotions, segments and KPIs.
The AI Expert now has full access to your marketing components, enabling deeper analysis and assistance across campaigns.
The agent can now:
- Analyse journeys and highlight what is working and where optimisation is needed.
- Review campaign reports and flag performance issues such as drops in send-outs, low CTR or declines in goal completion.
- Assist in building segments and promotions based on available fields and filter values.
- Search across components, such as retrieving all active journeys targeting a specific segment.
This expands the agent’s ability to support monitoring, optimisation and campaign management across the platform.

Added: Enhanced promotion testing with member attributes.
When testing a promotion with placeholders, member attribute values can now be set directly from the test interface.
This enables more complete email testing without relying on real members.
Data Management

A new mechanism has been introduced to support exporting datasets that exceed standard file size limits.
When limits are exceeded, exports are automatically generated in CSV format to handle higher data volumes.
This ensures complete and reliable delivery for large-scale reports and high-volume campaigns.
