Gamification

  • Added: Automatic opt-in option.

Missions no longer require members to manually opt in, removing friction and unnecessary configuration in cases where opt-in was not functionally required. Eligible members can now be enrolled automatically based on defined conditions, with missions appearing immediately on the mission board and progress tracking starting as soon as eligibility is met.

  • Added: Extra time to claim offers after mission completion.

A new ‘Set extra time to claim offers’ option is available in the mission ‘on completion’ settings, allowing teams to define an additional time window for claiming mission-related offers after a mission has expired.

This gives users the ability to claim their reward after the mission time has ended.

  • Mission popup metrics are now displayed under the ‘Mission’ view in the CRM, enabling easier debugging of mission popup displays.

  • The mission progress bar in the CRM now reflects the member’s current mission state rather than past completion history. When a member opts into a new mission cycle and has not yet completed it, the progress bar no longer shows ‘100%’ based on previous completions.

This ensures the CRM presents an accurate, up-to-date view of current mission progress and reduces confusion when reviewing mission engagement.

AI Expert

  • Added: Event-structure-aware recommendations.

The AI Expert’s recommendations are now generated with direct awareness of the customer’s event structure, reflecting the actual events and attributes defined in the system.

This improves recommendation accuracy and relevance, reduces manual adjustments and ensures guidance aligns with the real data model and business setup.

  • Added: Journey reporting insights.

The AI Expert is now connected to customer journey reports, allowing users to retrieve insights and analysis directly from journey performance data.

This highlights trends and patterns across reports and helps teams understand and evaluate journey performance without manually reviewing reporting views.

  • Added: The AI Expert is now connected to customer journeys, promotions and segments, allowing users to analyse and ask questions across all major marketing components.

  • The AI Expert is now connected to the brand’s cohort analysis metrics and enables marketers to analyse retention, engagement and conversion trends, including retention issues across their brands.

  • The AI Expert can now draw charts, enhancing the way users interact with the agent.

Journeys

  • Promotion testing now supports manual configuration of member attributes.

Member profile attributes are available alongside event attributes during testing, allowing all required values to be entered directly.

This enables complete testing without relying on live data and helps teams validate personalisation logic and message rendering before launch.

Content Management

  • Nested placeholders are now handled automatically in the Email and Popup Builder.

Previously, placeholders within placeholders required manual handling, increasing setup effort and the risk of errors. The builder now detects and processes nested placeholders when a template is saved, resolving them automatically where possible and clearly indicating when manual resolution is required, such as cases that require multiple values.

This reduces manual work around nested placeholders and improves reliability when building complex personalised content.

Data Management

  • Added: Events now display source type and data source details for each event attribute.

Event attributes show where data originates, including support for multiple sources and inline editing directly from the ‘Events’ interface. Changes are applied consistently wherever the same source is used and are preserved from future automatic re-learning.

This improves transparency into data origins and makes managing and validating event attributes clearer and more reliable.

Reports

  • Campaign performance reports for Journeys and Promotions now include a ‘Channel’ field at the content level, allowing customers to clearly view and analyse performance by delivery channel such as email, push, widget or popup.

This makes it easier to compare channel performance across campaigns.

This data is now also available to the AI Expert.
