Missions

  • Added: New mission boards. Two new mission boards were added to the Trading and Banking verticals. Two new mission boards were added to the iGaming vertical.

These boards give customers fresh layout options and improved visual experiences optimised for each sector’s user behaviour.

  • Added: Unique days count. Missions can now track how many different calendar days a user performed qualifying actions. Enables ‘Play on 3 different days’-style missions.

  • Added: Unique values count. You can now create completion conditions for a mission based on unique values count. This enables you to implement cases such as ‘Win at least three different games and receive a bonus’. Great for variety-based missions.

  • Added: Bonus claim period. Missions can now define a post-expiry bonus claim window, so users can still claim their rewards even after the mission has expired. Defaults vary by mission type (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Missions now support a countdown timer that displays to users:

    • How much time is left until a mission ends
    • How much time is left until a mission begins

This makes countdowns useful not only for active missions, but also for upcoming or scheduled missions.

For large, high-visibility missions where you want to generate excitement ahead of time, you can publish the mission before it starts and show a countdown: ‘Mission starts in 3 days, 4 hours.’ Users will see the mission in advance but will not be able to opt-in until the start time arrives, creating anticipation while preventing early participation.

Mission creators can enable or disable the countdown through a new toggle added to the mission setup page.

  • Added: A new ‘Extend member profile’ action (Save Data). When a user completes a mission, you can now automatically save information to their profile. This data can then be used later in promotions, customer journeys or other missions.

  • Mission boards can now be localized based on user profile. Mission boards and layouts now support placeholders. This enables mission-board layout to be natively personalised per language and localisation.

  • Added: Race / total achievement limits. You can now create a cross-members race, enabling only the first X members that complete the mission to be awarded.

The number of members that were awarded is displayed on the mission board, giving the users a sense of urgency toward finishing the mission.

  • On-completion missions are now visible in CRM view. Mission completion messages now appear in CRM summaries and preview endpoints.

  • Fixed: Opt-out status. Opt-out missions no longer appear as ‘In progress’ in CRM or mission summaries.

  • Fixed: Cloned mission resets . Cloning a mission no longer resets ‘Max achievements per user’.

AI Expert

  • The AI Expert now fully supports each customer’s real event structure, using your exact field names and values. This means the AI Expert’s answers and suggestions are based on the data as it actually exists in your system.

For example, if your events use a field called ‘Country’, the AI Expert will reference that field directly instead of giving generic guidance like ‘Use the Location field’.

In short, the AI Expert now speaks your data language, using your real fields, naming conventions and event values to provide more accurate and relevant guidance.
