Unlike popups, these messages remain available for users to review later, making it easier to deliver important updates, offers, and campaign messages without disrupting the session.
Users access messages through an inbox icon, see an unread message count, open messages in a full view, and dismiss messages when they’re no longer relevant.
The experience is fully customisable in look and feel to match your brand, and it works seamlessly alongside the rest of your Solitics channels to support an omnichannel experience.
Inbox messages are also included in existing reporting, so you can track performance alongside campaign and journey analytics.
