Version 2.1

The AI Expert Keeps Getting Better

The AI Expert is evolving in practical ways that make it more useful inside the Solitics platform.

Below are the latest improvements, what they mean and the real value they open up.

Event-structure-aware recommendations

What changed:

The AI Expert now has direct access to each customer’s data structure and placeholder naming.

So when it generates copy or recommendations, it speaks in the customer’s ‘native language’ instead of guessing generic fields.

Before, it might suggest ‘Hi [first_name]…’ even if the customer’s system uses ‘[f.name]’.

Now, the AI Expert references the customer’s real placeholders correctly because it’s aware of the actual structure behind the brand’s data.

Key benefits

  • Recommendations match your data model, not a generic template.

  • Faster adoption internally because the AI speaks the same schema your team sees every day.

  • A real step toward agentic journey-building because the AI is now reasoning with the same building blocks your platform uses.

Insights from journey and promotion reporting

What changed

The AI Expert is now connected to customer journey and promotion reports, so users can ask questions and receive answers based on the actual performance data in those reports.

Instead of manually searching through reporting views, teams can go straight to the question they care about and get accurate analysis back in plain language.

Key benefits

  • Faster understanding of performance, without digging through multiple reports.

  • Easier prioritisation, because the AI can compare across everything in scope (not just one journey or one promo).

  • Clearer next steps, because questions can move naturally from ‘what happened?’ to ‘what should we do about it?’.

Cohort-informed analysis and recommendations

What changed

The AI Expert can now use cohort insights in its answers, so it can spot patterns across groups of users and recommend strategies based on how those cohorts behave over time.

For example, a marketer can ask: ‘What are my retention problems?’ and the AI Expert can highlight which cohorts are underperforming (e.g. ‘June FTD’), how they’re underperforming and where to focus first.

Key benefits

  • Faster clarity on retention issues because cohorts show where behaviour starts to diverge.

  • More specific, practical answers, grounded in real cohort performance rather than generic advice.

  • Sharper targeting by focusing recommendations on the cohorts that need a different approach.

Tables and graphs inside the AI Expert

What changed

The AI Expert can now present detailed results as tables, and it can also generate graphs when a visual makes the insight easier to understand. Graphs are generated as images and can be downloaded.

Key benefits

  • Quicker clarity as users can see patterns instead of reading paragraphs.

  • Easier sharing because visuals can be taken straight into internal discussions.

  • A smoother workflow, from question to insight to decision.

The takeaway

These upgrades have one purpose: Make the AI Expert more useful in day-to-day marketing – grounded in your data, your performance and your customers.
